HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Our Swiss HR Team is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator Intern for a 6-month internship. You will join a collaborative and dynamic team. While playing a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations and processes, you will be guided and empowered to grow throughout your journey.
During your internship, you will:
HR Administration & Operations
· Collaborate on contractual processes: Manage internship agreements (conventions de stage), contract amendments, and HR correspondence, ensuring data accuracy for the intern population and specific perimeters (FHH, MFO).
· Coordinate employee cycle data: Support the communication of contractual changes (entries, exits, mobility) to the Payroll Department.
· Assist in payroll preparation: Participate in monthly payroll checks and help review payroll variables and life events (address changes, family status, etc.) in collaboration with the payroll team.
· Manage work certificates: Draft and monitor work and internship certificates.
· Support the HR team: Provide daily administrative support to HR Coordinators and HRBPs on their various activities.
HR Projects, Events & Integration
· Co-organize Induction Days: Help coordinate and run integration days for new employees and interns, liaising with Hospitality, Security, and IT departments.
· Participate in HR projects: Contribute to HR projects as needed (onboarding enhancement, process simplification, digitalization of files, etc.)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Eligible for an internship agreement (convention) with your school or university.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
· Positive and proactive "can-do" attitude.
· Strong attention to detail and customer service oriented.
· Prior experience in HR, ideally in administration or payroll, is a strong asset.
· Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
· Available for a 6-month internship
