As an Ambassador for Cartier, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, proactively develop your client portfolio and support with daily boutique operations.
Sales Achievements
Ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience during a sale
Master the selling ceremony
Adapt according to client needs and motivations.
Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
Act as a contact for the client in case of After Sales
Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
Execute targeted CRM actions
Participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison
Shop Operations
Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
Support the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
Assist with special projects when requested
Participate in inventories and undertake administrative tasks and stock room related tasks when required
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have a passion for jewellery and watches
You have excellent interpersonal skills in order to develop a network of loyal clients
You be meticulous, highly client focused and organized
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills , both in Spanish and English
