CDI - RETAIL MERCHANDISER
BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE JOB:
The mission of Retail Merchandiser involves a combination of strategic planning, market analysis and collaboration with various departments to ensure the commercial success of Alaia’s collections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pre-season buying: lead the buying process
- In charge of the Worldwide OTB planning
- Product Selection & offer curation
- Review Regions Assortment
- Size breakdown
- In-season management:
- Sales and performance analysis
- In Charge of Forecast & Planning
- Inventory Management with Product allocation and rebalancing
- Delivery & Inbound Follow Up
- Collaborate with VM team on set-up & follow up
- Product & retail feedback to Central Product teams
- Responsible for Price strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years/ 8 years merchandising experience in Luxury brand experience
- Business level in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot etc.) and Powerpoint.
- Experience with Anaplan & SAP
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
