YOUR MISSION:
Participates to the definition of the products’ strategy and manages its product lines’ development and monitoring. Ensures the coordination in order to achieve the objectives in terms of revenue, profitability and launch timings.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for specific products, services, or specialty areas, ensuring alignment with established marketing systems and company objectives.
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies, contributing innovative ideas to enhance brand plans and guidelines.
- Manage brand(s) by executing brand plans, adhering to guidelines, and measuring effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
- Collect and analyze customer and market data to inform and refine marketing activities, ensuring responsiveness to market trends and customer needs.
- Lead small project workstreams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project activities in accordance with the prescribed project management methodology.
- Conduct product development and engineering activities, utilizing established systems to identify customer needs and deliver competitive products.
- Monitor and analyze specific aspects of the product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing strategies, to maintain a competitive market position.
- Prepare and organize complex documents using various technology applications, including standard office software, and compile data for special reports.
- Contribute to the preparation of data and analytics reports, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Pursue external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conference attendance, and specialist media.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
- Proven experience as a practitioner capable of working independently.
- Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and technology applications.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of diversity and inclusion.
