HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Watches & Accessories, the Marketing & Merchandising Senior Executive supports the growth and performance of the Watches & Accessories business through business analysis, merchandising, product portfolio management and cross-functional execution. The role combines analytical thinking with commercial acumen to optimize product performance; support buying decisions and execute strategic business initiatives across Southeast Asia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Performance & Commercial Analysis

  • Track and analyze weekly and monthly performance of in-range collections and new product launches.
  • Prepare regular business reports to evaluate category, collection and reference performance, identifying opportunities, risks and corrective actions.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analysis to support commercial decisions and address business challenges.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Merchandising & Product Portfolio Management

  • Support forecasting and buying activities across the Watches & Accessories categories.
  • Monitor product performance, sell-out, inventory levels and stock health to recommend optimization actions.
  • Perform assortment reviews and recommend stock rebalancing to maximize business opportunities.
  • Partner with supply chain team to ensure healthy inventory levels and support stock transfers for business needs, events and training.

Product Launch & Marketing Execution

  • Execute local market action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Client, Communications and Creative Visual Experience teams to ensure successful product launches and optimal in-boutique visibility.
  • Support the execution of major initiatives including Watches & Wonders, product launches and strategic business projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date product launch calendar to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Contribute to business presentations and action plan reviews that facilitate commercial decision-making.

Market Intelligence & Business Partnership

  • Regularly visit competitors to monitor market trends, product launches and client experience.
  • Gather qualitative feedback from boutiques on product performance and client demand.
  • Identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities to strengthen category performance.
  • Act as the key contact for boutique and cross-functional requests relating to Watches & Accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Organize regular business review meetings with boutique category owners to identify opportunities and performance gaps.

Product Information Management

  • Adapt global product information for local markets, including pricing and competitor benchmarking.
  • Maintain accurate product mapping tools and update local pricing twice yearly.
  • Ensure product launch information and assortment updates are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate merchandising and category documentation to support business operations.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Min. 4 years of experience in Merchandising, category management or as a business analyst
  • Data-driven and numerically inclined; able to translate insights into actions with strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Looker.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
